PART 1 : RELAX

Because STRESS makes it IMPOSSIBLE to relax, detox well, have ongoing energy, reduce cravings, grow and change habits without creating TRAUMA in the body.

Each day you’ll receive a short guided audio track to listen to when going to bed, as part of the Challenge so you can naturally reduce your stress level, slow down, improve clarity, vitality and capacities, while feeling energised, and without overthinking it.

This PART will also lead you to discover or deepen In depth Guided Meditation, Altered states of Counsciousness & OBE (Out of Body Experience).

PART 2 : RESET

Cleansing is part of the Challenge to allow the body to detox and remove toxins and outdated memories before we can Restore (last part).

A precise cleansing protocol alongside deeper sessions is shared in the Challenge with options based on who you are.

That week is about clearing out + tuning in. This is what cleansing allows to do at a DEEPER LEVEL.

PART 3 : RESTORE

Safe and well explained simple targeted body movements alongside Breathwork sessions are part of the Challenge to release physical and energetic tensions and blockages in your body so you can FEEL RELIEVED STRAIGHT AWAY and move to the next level of your VITALITY, ENERGY, CAPACITIES (and not stay stuck...).

The movements are gentle and combine stillness & slow paced motion.

If you use a device to measure your HRV (Heart Rate Variability), you will be able to clearly see MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS going through this challenge together :)

A lot of CLARITY and INSIGHTS will come from detoxing your body and mind, using cleansing combined with daily movements, breathwork, stillness and reprogramming sessions as well (audio and video).
