Cleansing is part of the Program to allow the body to detox from toxins and before we can Restore (last part).
A precise cleanse protocol is shared in the Program with options based on who you are.
That week is about clearing out + tuning in.
PART 3 : RESTORE
Safe and well explained simple targeted body movements are shared in the Program to release physical and energetic tensions and blockages in your body so you can FEEL RELIEVED STRAIGHT AWAY and move to the next level of your VITALITY & ENERGY (and not stay stuck...).
The movements are gentle and combine stillness and slow paced motion.
If you use a device to measure your HRV (Heart Rate Variability), you will be able to clearly see MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS going through this challenge together :)
A lot of CLARITY and INSIGHTS will come from detoxing your body and mind, using cleansing combined with daily movements, stillness and reprogramming sessions (audio and video).

Do I have to do fasting?
